This spacious 2 story vacation home is a great place to use as your home base when visiting Central Florida's main attractions. There is ample space for your family and friends to enjoy a relaxing vacation without being cramped.
Downstairs you will find a large family room with a sofa and loveseat with a dinette table and four chairs. This room leads into the living room that, also has a sofa and loveseat with 65 inch flat panel TV. Just off the living room, you will find a dining table that seats 6 and the nicely equipped kitchen with large bar sitting. There is a large pantry with several small kitchen appliances.
The air conditioned games room has a pool table and foosball and air hockey.
Upstairs you will find the 4 bedrooms. Master bedroom is very large and features a king bed and flat panel tv with a chair. A second queen bedroom also features flat panel TV. The 2 bedrooms with twin beds are themed. Both rooms have 2 twin beds.
The pool is screened in and the neighbors are fairly spread out so you wont feel overlooked. There are 2 loungers and seating for 4.
Located in Four Corners, 20 minute drive to Disney Springs. Close to Universal Studios, Sea World, Disney World, Hollywood Studios, Epcot, Kennedy Space Centre, Tampa Bay and Daytona Beach. Also close to all amenities such as Wal-Mart, Target, Publix supermarkets, restaurants, pubs and pharmacies. This villa is your home away from home with flat screen TV, cable and free wi-fi. West facing pool with umbrella for shade, patio wicker furniture with cushioned chairs for your comfort. Fantastic games room to keep all entertained, with pool, foosball and an air hockey table. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge/freezer and microwave. Dining area, inside laundry room, linens, towels and hairdryers. The villa is constantly being updated to keep it in good condition for our guests to relax and enjoy. Just bring your suitcase!
